Shipping

We deliver to over 80 countries around the world. We recommend you specify an address where someone will be present to receive your items and if necessary to sign for your parcel if you are not available.

Once payment is cleared we will begin to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from our office. We use courier service (DHL, FedEx, Express Mail) or registered air mail when shipping your orders. Postage costs are determined by the weight of products and their destination. Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order at the checkout.

 

COURIER:

Average delivery time for most destinations is 3-5 business days upon dispatch.

 

REGISTERED AIR MAIL:

The average delivery time for most destinations is 7-11 business days upon dispatch. Registered parcels must be signed for upon receipt, if no one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must then be picked up in person by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an unclaimed parcel before returning it to sender. In the event of re-shipping due to non-collection, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.

While delays are uncommon, on rare occasions there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we will do our best to assist in expediting delivery with the courier or air mail service.

We will not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses resulting, directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, congestion and any other circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.

Though it is a very rare occurrence, we will not be held responsible for any additional customs taxes incurred.

 

NOTE:

We will always do our best to dispatch orders within the stipulated time frame. Depending on the need for special handling, high demand or any unforeseen circumstances processing time may increase and we will endeavor to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Delivery timescales quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products however caused.
